Oh, boy.
Those hopes you had that Dylan Cole might reduce the number of snaps we have to see Zach Cunningham getting picked on in coverage by opposing teams? Dashed against the rocks.
#Texans LB Dylan Cole, one of their up-and-coming players and a core special teamer, is expected to be placed on Injured Reserve with a dislocated wrist from Sunday, sources say. He kept quiet & played 3 quarters after the injury because he didn’t want to come off the field. Nuts

This is especially cruel for Cole, as he missed a bunch of time in a promising rookie season last year with an injured hamstring.
It appears Cole’s roster spot will be filled by an offensive tackle promoted from the practice squad:
The #Texans are elevating OT David Sharpe from the practice squad to the active roster, source said. The former #Raiders fourth-rounder has gotten up to speed after a few weeks on PS.

Best of luck to Dylan Cole as he works his way back from injury, and congratulations to David Sharpe on his elevation to the 53-man roster.
UPDATE: In case you were harboring any illusion Cole might be designated to return from IR this season, don’t.
