Geronimo Allison leaves Packers-Bills game to be evaluated for concussion.

The third-year receiver headed to the locker room for a concussion evaluation.

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Geronimo Allison headed to the locker room to be evaluated for a concussion at the end of the third quarter.

On the play where he was injured, Allison was open over the middle but dropped Aaron Rodgers’ pass on third down, presumably sensing Bills cornerback Taron Johnson getting ready to lower the boom on him. Despite the ball landing incomplete, Johnson made hard but clean contact with Allison’s body, but the receiver’s head snapped to the side. After being attended by trainers, he got up and jogged off on his own. However, he was immediately taken into the locker room by the training staff upon further evaluation.

Up to that point, Allison had caught six passes on 11 targets in the game, totaling 80 yards through the air. The Packers hold a 19-0 lead.

The Packers also have seen cornerback Jaire Alexander leave the game with an injured groin.
