Did The Redskins Just Get A Starting ILB?
Domestic violence charges were dropped against former San Francisco LB Reuben Foster. A document obtained by TMZ shows that the State Attorney’s Office dropped the charges yesterday. Foster had been accused several times of violence by an ex girlfriend. The 49ers released him and the Redskins claimed him on waivers. If all goes well the Redskins have just added a starting inside linebacker to their team. Hopefully Reuben now knows to never be near his accuser again.
#Redskins LB Reuben Foster cleared of Nov. 24 domestic violence charge, per @TMZ. More details to come: https://t.co/ANl4pNvh2Y pic.twitter.com/Zv9yugrWs1

I still expect Reuben Foster to be suspended. League has a precedent (6 games for Ezekiel Elliott even though he was not charged). Charges being dropped do not mean he is innocent. That said, better for the #Redskins they got dropped than didn't.
