Here’s how to catch Saturday’s playoff games.
The Divisional Round of the 2019 NFL Playoffs are upon us, and—unlike last week’s disappointing slate of games—there are going to be some fireworks this weekend. We finally get to see the best teams in the NFL in postseason actions, but they won’t be facing any slouches. Some of the lowest seeds in the playoffs—Colts and Eagles—are also some of the hottest teams in the league right now.
The games kick off Saturday with one of those aforementioned hot teams. The Colts have won 10 of their last 11 games, including a playoff win over their divisional rivals on the road. But they’ll have their hands full with the most exciting team in football right now. Patrick Mahomes has taken the NFL by storm, and while the Chiefs are notorious for having postseason struggles, this year feels different.
And after that games end, the Los Angeles Sean McVays will take on the “America’s Team.” The Cowboys have been wildly inconsistent all year, but they seemed to have found something that works lately. It’s a favorable matchup for them, too, as the Rams have one of the worst run defenses in the league, and the Cowboys have Ezekiel Elliott. But will they be able to stop the Patient Zero of the “offensive revolution”?
