Attorney files motion to block release of Robert Kraft spa video

Robert Kraft has been charged with solicitation of prostitution in a sex trafficking sting in Florida after he was allegedly seen on video receiving illegal sex acts at a massage parlor, and lawyers are trying to prevent that footage from ever being made available to the public. Law enforcement officials said the video that led to Kraft’s arrest could be released as early as this week, but ESPN’s TJ Quinn reports that an attorney has filed a motion to block that. The argument from the defense attorney, who does not represent Kraft but likely represents someone else in the case, is that police should not have been able to obtain a warrant to record video footage of the men who were charged with solicitation of prostitution.
