The Eagles OG is already back in the gym just six weeks after surgery.
After tearing his Achilles early in the NFC divisional round against the Saints, Eagles starting right guard Brandon Brooks is working hard in his recovery and already seems to be making big strides toward his return to the field.

He’s still a got a boot on, but he’s only about six weeks removed from surgery, and isn’t letting anything slow down his offseason training. Hi absence was notable as soon as he was carted off the field in early January, and with an 8-9 month timeline for a return from that kind of injury, hopes were that he’d at least be back early in the regular season.
Update: surgery was a success. Now the road to recovery starts. I look forward to kicking it’s fucking ass . I appreciate all the get well/recovery tweets too. I love and appreciate y’all ✊ pic.twitter.com/Cc4ftgX1ql

Brooks has kept a positive attitude throughout the ordeal, and looks to be focused on getting back as soon as possible.
You’d imagine that Howie Roseman and Doug Pederson will be evaluating offensive lineman during this week’s NFL Combine, but it’s safe to say that Brooks’ spot on the roster will be ready for him as soon as he can return.
