The Tampa Bay Buccaneers know how to host a game according to season ticket holders.
As prime off-season talks kick off with free agency and the draft approaching, the annual Voice of the Fan report dropped with a familiar face on top. That’s right, your Tampa Bay Buccaneers came in as the top ranked organization for customer service league wide for the fifth time in seven seasons. The basis of the award stems from the overall in game experience as well as the overall satisfaction from season ticket holders and fans attending games.
Chief operating officer Brian Ford spoke briefly on the award and had the following to say. “We go into every season with the goal of providing our fans with the best customer service in all sports and we take great pride in once again earning this top rating,” said Buccaneers Chief Operating Officer Brian Ford. “We want to thank our incredible member relations team and our Buccaneer fans for helping us achieve this honor five of the past seven seasons. With preparations already underway for 2019, we continue looking for new ways to re-invent the member experience and improve upon our successes in overall customer satisfaction.”
