As we get closer to the to getting into NFL free agency, there is one certainty when it comes to the Arizona Cardinals.
The Cardinals need to improve their offensive line.
While fixing the line has been Steve Keim's goal since he took over as general manager all the way back in 2013, he's definitely not been able to find the right combination of players to do so.
That's why, as we head into the 2019 NFL offseason, the speculation of what the Arizona Cardinals will do will heavily feature addressing the offensive line.
Enter Pro Football Focus, as they have added their choices of where they think some of the top free agents will go this offseason.
MATT PARADIS, ARIZONA CARDINALS
With as far away as the Cardinals’ roster is at the moment, being major players in free agency doesn’t make a ton of sense. That being said, they need immediate contributors on what was our lowest-graded offensive line from a season ago to simply keep Josh Rosen healthy.
The odd thing about Paradis to the Cardinals is that the one position that they got a 16 game starter out of was center Mason Cole.
Cole would be replaced by a superior player at this stage of their respective careers, but also by a player coming off an injury... Which seems like something Steve Keim has a knack for on the offensive line.
Paradis will be 30 this year and coming off a serious injury. He's been a warrior before that though and has anchored the Broncos offensive line at center since 2015.
What do you think? Does Paradis to Arizona make sense?
Also, PFF has Daryl Williams to the Cincinnati Bengals, Ja'Wuan James to the Houston Texans and Rodger Saffold to the Los Angeles Chargers.
