Matt Weiss Named Ravens’ New Running Backs Coach - Clifton Brown
The 35-year-old Weiss has spent the past 10 seasons on Baltimore’s coaching staff, most recently serving as football strategy coordinator while assisting Bobby Engram coaching wide receivers. Engram has shifted from wide receivers to tight ends. Weiss replaces former running backs coach Thomas Hammock, who departed to become the head coach at Northern Illinois University.
Weiss has also worked with the Ravens linebackers, cornerbacks and quarterbacks during previous seasons.

5) OT Orlando Brown
Brown cemented his place as Baltimore’s starting right tackle during his rookie campaign in 2018, and if he can make gradual improvements over the coming seasons, the Ravens would have an important spot on their offensive line shored up.
3) OT Ronnie Stanley
The Ravens will almost surely pick up the fifth-year option on Stanley’s rookie contract, which will keep him in place as the starting left tackle through at least 2020. Baltimore has identified its quarterback of the future, and with Stanley, the team has a talented young player holding the role of protecting Lamar Jackson’s blind side.
The Ravens should be set at offensive tackle if they can keep Brown and Stanley in purple long term.

Flacco hasn’t earned a grade above 75.0 since 2014. He got replaced by Lamar Jackson during the playoff run. Cutting him would save over $10 million in cap space. It’s a no-brainer, really.
Cut candidates that may interest Eric DeCosta include wideout Demaryius Thomas and linebacker Jamie Collins.

2. Ed Reed: 189 points
Reed, who’s in his first year of eligibility, was the NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 2004 after picking off a league-high nine passes. The Ravens reached the playoff during seven of Reed’s 11 seasons in Baltimore, helping them win four division titles and a Super Bowl title in 2012. He finished his career with 64 interceptions returned for an NFL record 1,590 yards and 7 touchdowns.
