SB Nation’s new 2019 NFL Mock Draft has the Arizona Cardinals with Nick Bosa at the top

The Cardinals keep the pick and take Nick Bosa with the first pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.

It is Friday, so let’s get as many 2019 NFL Mock Drafts on the board as possible.

This is Dan Kadar’s newest mock draft for SB Nation and it plays out well for the Arizona Cardinals.

1. Arizona Cardinals: Nick Bosa, DE, Ohio State

Trading the first pick in the NFL Draft is rare. It’s only happened three times since 2000, and all of those trades were for quarterbacks (Jared Goff and the Rams in 2016; Eli Manning and the Giants in 2004; and Michael Vick and Atlanta in 2001). It’s unlikely to happen this year because there isn’t a superstar quarterback in the draft.

But would it be in the best interest of the Cardinals to trade the first pick? Probably, considering the needs the team has on the offensive and defensive lines. Still, moving off the top pick is unlikely, so holding and taking Bosa is the most likely course of action.

The Bosa pick is the one that seems to be what is going to happen until the 2019 NFL Combine comes together and we see what Bosa has in the tank.

However, it is the name missing in the first round that makes this draft sing if you are an Arizona Cardinals fan.

Two players fall out of the first round that could be an interesting fit for the Cardinals at 33... And by interesting fit, I mean getting someone who fills a need but also is a great player.

Dalton Risner and N’Keal Harry are both on the board at 33.

If the 2019 first round unfolds this way, what would you vote to do at 33?
