Then there was the player selected No. 33 overall, offensive lineman Austin Corbett. He played 14 snaps during his rookie season, all as an extra blocker on the line.

Johnson has hit the trade block after the Browns signed former Pro Bowl running back Kareem Hunt, even with Hunt being suspended for the first eight games. - Tyler Eifert returning to the Bengals (Dayton Daily News) - Tyler Eifert is back. The 6-foot-6, 255-pound tight end is reportedly signing a one-year deal to return to the Cincinnati Bengals.
- Jaguars sign wide receiver Chris Conley (jaguars.com) - The Jaguars signed a franchise quarterback this week. On Saturday, they signed a wide receiver who believes strongly in that quarterback – and who has close ties with him as well. Chris Conley, a wide receiver previously with the Kansas City Chiefs, signed with the Jaguars early Saturday morning as an unrestricted free agent. Conley and new Jaguars quarterback Nick Foles spent 2016 as teammates when Foles was the backup in Kansas City.
- Giants wanted No. 2 overall pick from 49ers for Odell Beckham (PFT) - The man who called his shot and saw it eventually hit the target has some more details regarding the Odell Beckham Jr. trade talks. Jay Glazer, who in a previous Q&A column for TheAthletic.com made a Beckham trade Glazer’s “bold prediction” for the offseason, writes in his latest series of responses to reader inquiries that the Browns weren’t the only team in the mix for Beckham.
