New York Jets Flight Connections 5/12/19

Good morning, GGN and happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers out there! March may be over but May marches on. Two and a half months before training camp begins. Can’t you just feel the electricity in the air? Yesterday we read about Curtis Martin earning an honorary degree; today we learn Avery Williamson earned his bachelor’s degree at Kentucky. We also have a bunch of people who really, really like Quinnen Williams, odds and ends from rookie orientation, an “it’s never too early” mock draft (I’m just disappointed we aren’t scouting the current 2nd graders for an exclusive first glimpse at the 2033 draft; the silent ball drill would be especially illuminating), and a quirky odyssey featuring a dream come true for a Rutgers student: attending all 16 (I’m sure this was just a typo and he meant all 19) Jets games in the 2019-20 season.
