Kupp will not be on the Physically Unable to Perform list when camp opens.
Steve Wyche of the NFL Network has reported that Cooper Kupp will not be on the PUP list as the Rams will begin to ease him back toward full participation.
Good news for the @RamsNFL . WR @CooperKupp will not be placed on PUP when training camp opens later this week, according to the team. It has been a long recovery from knee surgery but he has been cleared. His work load will be measured.

Players on the PUP list do not count against the 53 man roster, but may not practice for the first six weeks of the season. They do count against their team’s 90 man roster.
One of quarterback Jared Goff’s favorite targets, Kupp has been sidelined since he suffered a torn ACL in Week 10 last season. Head coach Sean McVay has been hoping to have have Kupp back at 100% for the Rams Week 1 opener against the Carolina Panthers, and things seem to be progressing in that direction.
Thankfully things are looking good for the Rams’ slot rocket Cooper Kupp as camp opens up this Saturday.
