The news we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived. The Raiders announced today that they have signed RB Josh Jacobs, and now every one of their 2019 draftees in Mike Mayock’s first draft class are officially Raiders.

Financial details have not been released, but the player taken right before Jacobs, Houston OT Tytus Howard, got a four-year deal worth $12.3M including a $7M signing bonus so we can assume that Jacobs’ contract is quite similar in scope.
Fans across Twitter and on this very site for a little antsy about the prospect of Jacobs holding out when it was reported last week that contract negotiations were not going well. On Twitter, Jacobs lamented that people wouldn’t mind their own business and said he was blocking anyone who asked him about his contract. Luckily, it looks like there was never anything to worry about and the Raiders got their man signed.
The full team, now including Jacobs who is an AFC Offensive Rookie of the Year favorite, will be in camp later this month.
