Use this as your first-half open thread

The New York Giants (2-3) will be looking to pull off a monumental upset on Thursday night as they take on the 5-0 New England Patriots. The Giants, without several key offensive players, are massive 17-point underdogs.

Giants inactives

RB Saquon Barkley (ankle)
RB Wayne Gallman (concussion)
WR Sterling Shepard (concussion(
TE Evan Engram (knee)
OT Eric Smith
OL Chad Slade
LB Tae Davis

The surprise here is Davis. He started Week 1 and was cleared this week after missing Sunday’s game vs. the Minnesota Vikings with a concussion. Davis, though, has apparently been passed on the Giants depth chart by David Mayo, Nate Stupar and Josiah Tauaefa.

Patriots inactives

OL Korey Cunningham
DL Byron Cowart
RB Rex Burkhead
RB Damien Harris
QB Cody Kessler
WR Philip Dorsett
CB Joejuan Williams
