The Bengals fought to make the game look closer than it was yet again. They didn’t manage to pull out a win, but they find themselves that much closer to a high pick in the draft (if you’re into that sort of thing).
Needless to say twitter had a field day. Here are some of the best reactions from throughout the day.
The best start possible
This week started off with Brandon Wilson returning the opening kickoff for a touchdown. This gave us fans a slight bit of confidence, but unfortunately the Bengals couldn’t keep up that momentum.

One of the funniest and brightest moments from Sunday had to be CBS mistakenly showing a different old white man on TV and confusing him for the Bengals’ owner Mike Brown.

The reality sets in
The fact is this is an 0-6 team that is a stone throw away from a top pick. You can blame so many things for the losses, but there is no changing the numbers in the win and loss columns. No amount of optimism is turning this season around to the point where this team ends up playing for something that matters. Let every fan get through 2019 however they see fit, and lets all hope 2020 is better.
