The Eagles might have their leading receiver for the Miami game.
Zach Ertz intends to play in the Philadelphia Eagles’ Week 13 game against the Miami Dolphins, according to a report from ESPN’s Tim McManus.
Zach Ertz (hamstring) will try to play against Dolphins, a source said. Will test injury out pregame. Enters Sunday with intention to play. Josh Perkins brought up from practice squad as insurance.

Dallas Goedert previously said he expects Ertz to play. Ertz also indicated that he’d play by telling reporters he’d see them on Sunday.
Ertz was ruled questionable on the Eagles’ final injury report after being listed as a non-participant in practice on both Wednesday and Thursday. Ertz was limited during Friday’s session.
Ertz originally suffered his hamstring injury against the New England Patriots in Week 11, according to Jeff McLane. The Eagles didn’t list him on the injury report until leading up to this week’s game.
If Ertz’s pregame workout doesn’t go well, the Eagles could be playing without both their leading receiver (Ertz) and leading rusher (Jordan Howard) against the Dolphins. Goedert and Joshua Perkins will be the only two active tight ends if Ertz can’t play.
The Dolphins’ defense is so bad that even a struggling and injured Eagles offense should be able to put up points on them. If the Eagles can’t score on this team, well, they can’t score on anybody.
