The Browns face the Steelers
The Cleveland Browns host the Pittsburgh Steelers in an AFC North battle. The Browns are three-point favorites, and the total on the game is 41.5. So Vegas is expecting a low scoring game where Cleveland wins 23-19. The Steelers have reeled off four victories in a row, while the Browns last victory snapped a four-game skid.
The Steelers should have no problem running on a Cleveland defense that is giving up 4.9 yards per carry to running backs. If you have James Conner, start him. Jaylen Samuels, too The Browns have allowed opposing running backs to have a bit of success in the air as well.
The headline is a joke, obviously. Mason Rudolph has only thrown for more than 200 yards in three of seven starts.
Minkah Fitzpatrick has really changed Pittsburgh, who is now third in defensive DVOA behind the Patriots and 49ers. He’s picked off a pass in three straight games. The Steelers can get pressure, and Baker Mayfield is 34th in passer rating while under pressure, per PFF. Everything points to a Steelers win, which means Cleveland will put this one out.
