Jameis Winston has chance to set NFL record nobody ever wanted

One of the biggest boom-or-bust players in NFL history, Jameis Winston has a chance to set an NFL record during the final game of the season for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Winston comes into Week 17 with a wild stat line. He’s completed 61 percent of his passes for 4,908 yards with 31 touchdowns and 28 interceptions. If he throws two or more interceptions on Sunday when the Bucs take on the Atlanta Falcons, Winston will become the first quarterback in history to pass for 30 touchdowns and 30 interceptions in a single season. Can he do it? Well, that’s an easy call. Yes. Winston can easily set a new mark for enigmatic quarterback behavior. Winston had just four games out of 15 this season in which he didn’t throw an interception.
