Good morning, Gang Green Nation! Well, that didn’t take long. Rejoice, rejoice, and be exceedingly glad! For behold, a new football league has been conceived in the land, and there was much exultation and sounding of clashing cymbals. Or XFLtation. Or something. Anyway, the new XFL debuted yesterday, and by some accounts, it wasn’t half bad. While we wait for the NFL Combine, NFL free agency, the NFL draft, and of course the most important of all possible events, the AGOP, perhaps the XFL can fill the gaping hole the end of the NFL season left in the lives of football junkies.
