Out of 32 NFL teams there are only four minority head coaches and two minority general managers. The Dolphins are the only team that has both with Brian Flores and Chris Grier leading the way. There is a lack of diversity in the NFL as it’s dominated by white head coaches and managers. The NFL is hoping to introduce an incentive to teams who happen to hire a minority candidate by potentially improving some of their draft picks.
