LIIIIINKS
It’s Thursday morning, which means more links for consumption. Dive in for today’s edition of Falcoholinks.
JULIOOOOOOOOOOO
Julio Jones is the NFL’s best receiver — Pro Football Focus agrees. PFF has been rolling out a list of the NFL’s top players, and Julio Jones has landed as their No. 3 player and its top wide receiver.
Standard Julio stuff.
Offseason changes
The COVID-19 pandemic has already forced major changes in the NFL offseason, most visibly in the virtual draft that took place in April. More changes are now in the offing, as the league has announced that all teams must stick to their home facilities for training camp, and they will not be allowing joint practices this offseason.
This doesn’t impact the Falcons much as they hold their camps at Flowery Branch, but they were mulling the idea of holding joint practices with a team from the AFC East.
More changes are likely in the coming months, but for now we know that teams will have to stick close to home base during camp.
Predicting the Saints’ record
The Saints will certainly be in the mix for the top record in the NFC South, and our recent staff roundtable went about projecting New Orleans’ wins and losses in 2020.
