Happy Monday, everyone!
I hope everyone had a nice, enjoyable weekend. I finished my paver project. The only backyard projects left on my list for this year is to finish installing edgers and adding mulch. I have about 100 linear feet of edgers to go. I think I can finish by tomorrow night, so I’ll probably finish sometime Saturday.
Around the DN since our last open thread:
Chris asks us to guess who was one of the NFL’s top 5 quarterbacks under pressure last year. I’m stumped. Did Ponder play last year? Even if he didn’t, it’s still his fault.
Recent reports indicate that players may not be allowed to show up until training camp, Wludford looks at how this may impact player development.
From Chris, the Vikings shared a video of several veterans returning to Normandy this past November. Awesome stuff.
Other Vikings/NFL news, and random oddities and annoyances:
Former NFL WR, Reche Caldwell, was fatally shot Saturday night in his hometown. Sad, far too young to die.
From livescience.com, a Florida lizard broke the world poop record, but that effort wasn’t quite enough apparently, as that same lizard died constipated.
