Weekend Eve Open Thread

Good Morning, It’s Friday!

A quick word about the weekend thread, generally I post a thread to cover the entire weekend, however draft weekend and cutdown day tends to push the weekend thread way down the page. Just like last year and the year before, I’ll be posting a Saturday and Sunday Open Thread. I see there are updates to the currently hated Coral system, it’s late so I won’t have a chance to read them until tomorrow, if you have taken the opportunity to complain but haven’t taken the opportunity to reach out to the developers, please do. I’ve sent plenty of emails worth of suggestions and have always gotten a reply and explanation. I still can’t find the damn “warning button” though. Meanwhile we’ll carry on with our news and links open thread full of crockpot recipes, nap strategies and beer recommendations; drop by for some fan wisdom, snark and it’s weekend eve, time to get the smoker ready for the weekend.
