Here’s who the Cowboys will be without.
The Dallas Cowboys are playing in the final game of Week 6 and they will be hosting the Arizona Cardinals under the bright lights of Monday Night Football. Things feel strange for the Cowboys as they are playing a game with a quarterback other than Dak Prescott for the first time in almost five years. Andy Dalton will start under center and hopefully be enough to lead this team to their third win of the season.
Overall, the Cowboys have sustained many injuries so far this year as Prescott joined the likes of Gerald McCoy, Blake Jarwin, La’el Collins, Tyron Smith, and Trysten Hill to be lost for the season. They are all on injured reserve obviously, but the Cowboys will have inactive players ahead of their game against Arizona as they always do. Here are those players.
Dallas Cowboys inactives
- QB Garrett Gilbert
- WR Malik Turner
- DB Saivion Smith
- FS Reggie Robinson
- LB Rashad Smith
- LB Luke Gifford
Arizona Cardinals inactives
- QB Brett Hundley
- WR KeeSean Johnson
- RB Eno Benjamin
- LB Kylie Fitts
- LB isaiah Irving
- OL Josh Miles
You’ll note that Leighton Vander Esch is a go for this game which is clearly good news for the Cowboys defense (it was reported earlier on Monday that he is back on the 53-man roster). They will need to be at full strength to contend with the likes of Kyler Murray and Co., they have hardly been able to contain anyone this season.
