Lions at Vikings: Final injury reports for both teams

The Vikings’ CBs are a mess, but the Lions will be without their WR1

The final injury reports for the Detroit Lions and your Minnesota Vikings before Sunday’s NFC North battle at U.S. Bank Stadium have been released, and there are some pretty significant losses for both sides before this one even gets underway. Let’s take a look at both reports, starting with the visiting team.

As we’ve mentioned the past couple of days, not having Kenny Golladay would be a huge loss for the Lions, and they’ve officially declared him out for this one. He’s one of three players that Detroit has declared as out for this one, and we still don’t have a definitive word on quarterback Matthew Stafford, who as of tonight is still on the Lions’ COVID-19 list. Dahl appears to be trending the wrong way for them as well.

Here’s a look at the injury report for the good guys.

The Vikings have declared three players out for this one as well, all of them at the cornerback position. Mike Zimmer said that Cameron Dantzler had a chance to play this week, but after what happened to him last Sunday it’s not at all surprising to see him not ready for this one. A fourth cornerback, Harrison Hand, looks to be a game-time decision for this one. Not optimal for the Vikings’ secondary, but they made it through last week’s game, so here’s hoping they can weather this one as well.

Those are your final injury reports for this Sunday’s game between the Lions and the Vikings, folks. We’ll have more coverage of this one for you as we get closer to kickoff.
