The Los Angeles Chargers have released their list of inactive players for today’s game against the Tennessee Titans in London and as we feared yesterday they will be without their star running back, Melvin Gordon.

In happier news, right tackle Joe Barksdale is active for the first time this season and speedster Travis Benjamin is finally back from his injury. Unfortunately, the return of Barksdale apparently required that Forrest Lamp return to being inactive. And although Benjamin brings a speed element that nobody else on the roster does one is left hoping that he does not also bring his tendency to drop everything with him.
On the defensive side of the ball, Joey Bosa continues to sit out as we’ve known he would for some time and rookie linebacker Kyzir White’s injury continues to linger as well. Presumably this means we will be treated to more Rayshawn Jenkins lining up as a linebacker today.
And for those concerned about the kicking game, Caleb Sturgis is out again and is one game closer to losing his job to PK messiah, Michael Badgley.
