Two weekends are in the books, Bears fans, are you watching? You can see the Saturday early game online
The AAF inaugural season continues this weekend with four more games. This thread will serve as an open thread for the entire weekend of AAF games, plus you can also let everybody know your thoughts about the Packers of course... and you can even give out some open thread love to the recently fired Cody Parkey if you like
SATURDAY
This is where the viewing schedule gets a little weird.
The Saturday early game between the 2-0 Arizona Hotshots and the 0-2 Salt Lake Stallions kicks off at 2:00 PM Central time and, strangely enough, there’s only one way that you’ll be able to see it. The game will be streamed on the B/R Live website. These two teams played in Week 1 and Arizona won at home 38-22.
Saturday night, the Mike Singletary lead 0-2 Memphis Express will hit the road and take on my newly adopted 2-0 Orlando Apollos at 7:00 PM Central. That’s right, Denmaster Ken has officially picked his team to follow, and it’s the Apollos. Why? Because they are blue & orange and their helmets are totally sharp. It’s the important things that matter. You can watch the game live on NFL Network, or you can do like I do and DVR it.
SUNDAY
The early Sunday game features the 2-0 Birmingham Iron hitting the road to take on the 0-2 Atlanta Legends. The opening coin toss will drop at 3:00 PM Central, and you can watch the action on CBS Sports Network.
The final game of the weekend has the 1-1 San Antonio Commanders traveling to San Diego to battle the 0-2 Fleet.

Hotshots defense flying under radar, but vital to 2-0 start - Alliance of American Football - The Arizona Hotshots lead The Alliance in four offensive categories, and their skill-position players have earned plenty of attention the first two weeks of the season. But the Hotshots defense, while perhaps not as flashy, has also gotten the job done in the team’s 2-0 start. Arizona is second in the league in total defense, allowing an average of 238 yards per game to opponents.
Gardner, Watson becoming dynamic duo behind Fleet's stout offensive line - Alliance of American Football - It is, on the surface, the most physically-challenging, dirt- and sweat-filled and least romanticized relationship in football. Yet when done right, when completely in-sync, there is nothing more beautiful and awe-inspiring in the game than an offensive line dominating an opponent and the running backs reaping the benefits behind them.
SO WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Have you picked your team yet? Do you like my choice? Spill the beans, Bears fans.
