Vic Fangio would turn Devin White into the next Patrick Willis, which is why the Denver Broncos should draft him with the 10th overall pick.
Brett Kollmann of the Battle Red Blog is doing his annual film breakdown of first round caliber players in the 2019 NFL Draft. He tagged the Denver Broncos in his latest breakdown of LSU inside linebacker Devin White, who he thinks could be a solid fit under Vic Fangio.
White is raw and needs the kind of coaching Fangio has provided to many a star inside linebacker received over the last decade. With Fangio, White could become the next Patrick Willis in the NFL and that should get every Broncos fan excited about the prospect of them drafting White 10th overall in the draft.
Roquan Smith is used as a great example of how a player with some limitations can be coached into a great inside linebacker, but White is a better athlete and stronger too. The more I learn about White the more I want the Broncos to roll with Joe Flacco and continue to prioritize the defense in Denver.
