And now the 2015 draft class is fully gone.
After four years, the Green Bay Packers' entire 2015 NFL Draft class is officially gone. Coming into the spring, only one player remained from that class: linebacker and fourth-round pick Jake Ryan.
However, Ryan -- an unrestricted free agent -- is signing with the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to Mike Garafolo, making him the final member of that class to leave Green Bay. Ryan spent the entire 2018 season on injured reserve after rearing his ACL early on in training camp.
While Ryan was supplanted by Blake Martinez as the team's top inside linebacker in 2017, he was still expected to start at the other linebacker spot coming into last season. Ryan was also a key member of the Packers' special teams units when healthy.
This leaves the Packers with just three inside linebackers who have NFL experience on the roster: Martinez, 2018 third-round pick Oren Burks, and James Crawford. Crawford played exclusively on special teams last year, however.
