According to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky, Green Bay Packers free agent safety Kentrell Brice is visiting the Indianapolis Colts on Friday:
Former Packers safety Kentrell Brice is visiting the Colts today after spending yesterday with the Texans. Bucs also interested after GB opted not to tender him.

Having been signed as an undrafted free agent by the Packers in 2016, the former Louisiana Tech standout has recorded 91 tackles, 6 passes defensed, and an interception in 36 career games (14 starts).
The 24 year old strong safety is coming off a season for the Packers in which he had 50 tackles, 2 passes defensed, and a sack in 14 games (10 starts).
Per Pro Football Focus (subscription), Brice graded out as only their 87th best graded safety among 93 qualified players at his position with a +51.0 grade overall last season.
Of course, the Colts could potentially use safety depth as starting strong safety Clayton Geathers is currently a free agent and ‘testing the market’. Meanwhile, his teammate, fellow free agent safety Matthias Farley, has been tendered at a second round level—but not yet signed it.
At one point in free agency, the Colts reportedly expressed interest in former Chicago Bears free agent safety Adrian Amos, who ultimately signed with Brice’s potential former team, the Packers.
Per reports, the Colts also expressed initial interest in former New York Giants safety Landon Collins before he inked a mega-deal with the Washington Redskins.
That being said, at first glance, Brice looks more like a backup and special teamer than starting caliber safety for the Colts.
