Well, that was pretty.
It took a few minutes into the second quarter before the Eagles scored their first touchdown of the NFL preseason, and it was on a beautiful deep pass by Nate Sudfeld to Marken Michel.
Heading into the play, Sudfeld had yet to impress and was just 4-for-9 and 62 yards. But then, Michel was able to fend off Titans’ defender Adoree Jackson for a 75-yard score.

Sudfeld is picking up where he left off from last preseason where he wasn’t afraid to chuck the ball deep. You can’t say he’s not aggressive.
The score put the Eagles up 10-6 with just over 11 minutes left in the first half.

Through the first quarter, Dallas Goedert had 50 yards on three catches, JJ Arcega-Whiteside had one 12-yard catch, and both Jordan Howard and Miles Sanders had three carries each (for 8 and 3 yards, respectively).
The Eagles decided to rest most of their starters — which I can’t really complain about. The best way to stay healthy, is to stay on the sideline, especially in the preseason.
