All the information you need to watch the Patriots’ fifth game of the year.
The New England Patriots enter today’s meeting with the Washington Redskins as one of only three teams left undefeated this season — and as enormous favorites over a club that has had its fair share of issues this year, from a holdout of its best player to a quarterback carousel that is already spinning at this early stage of the year. On top of it all, Washington has yet to win a game after losing its first four.
With all that in mind, let’s find out how to actually follow today’s game:

FanPulse
The Patriots are 4-0 and it is therefore no surprise that the team’s fanbase ranks among the most confident in the league. While the score decreased a bit recently, 88% of participants in our latest FanPulse survey — please click here if you also want to take part in the future — still answered that they would feel good about the direction the team is currently headed to. This confidence score is the fourth highest in the NFL.
Washington, on the other hand, finds itself on the other end of the spectrum: the team has a confidence score of 0% with trust in its leadership literally non-existent among the fans who take part in FanPulse. It is not hard to see why. As mentioned above, the Redskins are missing their best player — offensive tackle Trent Williams — due to a holdout while the quarterback situation and overall lack of depth have left the team vulnerable.
If New England blows out its opponent today in front of a home crowd that could see a sizable portion of Patriots fans, owner Dan Snyder could pull the plug on the Jay Gruden era. While such a move appears to be unlikely, it would not at all be a surprise.
