We've got the opponents
The 2019 regular season is over, and while we’re looking at the 2019 postseason, we are also able to see who the Bills will be playing against in the 2020 regular season. While a lot of the opponents were set, the final piece of the puzzle was set on Sunday.
Of course, the Bills will play home and away against the AFC teams; New England Patriots, New York Jets, and Miami Dolphins. Miami and even New England could have new QBs and who knows what will happen in the coaching ranks among those teams.
The AFC East will play the AFC West in 2020, so Buffalo will host the Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Chargers while traveling to play the Las Vegas Raiders and the Denver Broncos. The trip to Vegas is sure to be a destination game for Bills fans.
The AFC East will also play the NFC West, as the two outer divisions will be traveling a lot. Buffalo will host the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks while traveling to the San Francisco 49ers and Arizona Cardinals. It will likely mean a much tougher strength of schedule for the Bills in 2020.
Heading into Week 17, the Pittsburgh Steelers had clinched second place in the AFC North and with Buffalo being locked into second place as well, the Bills will host the Steelers next season.
The final opponent wasn’t decided until the very end of the 2019 season. With the Tennessee Titans’ win in Week 17, they now sit in second place in the AFC South, Buffalo will travel to Nashville for the second straight season.
