Who is sitting out tonight?
We are now less than ninety minutes away from kickoff on Monday Night Football, as the Green Bay Packers will take on your Minnesota Vikings. Both teams have released their inactive lists for tonight’s contest, so let’s take a look and see who will be sitting this one out.
As always, we start with the visiting team.
Green Bay Packers
- CB Tony Brown
- WR Ryan Grant
- CB Ka’dar Hollman
- OL John Leglue
- OL Alex Light
- TE Jace Sternberger
- RB Dexter Williams
Everyone on the inactive list for Green Bay is a healthy scratch. The only player they had listed as questionable was defensive lineman Dean Lowry, who is active.
And now, on to the team that matters.
Minnesota Vikings
- OT Aviante Collins
- RB Dalvin Cook (chest)
- DT Jalyn Holmes
- DT Hercules Mata’afa
- RB Alexander Mattison (ankle)
- G Dru Samia
- OT Olisaemeka Udoh
Not surprisingly, the Vikings have deactivated both Cook and Mattison for tonight’s contest. They also didn’t make a move to bring Tony Brooks-James up from the practice squad, so they’ll be rolling with Mike Boone and Ameer Abdullah at running back tonight (as well as C.J. Ham). No other surprises for the Vikings on the inactive list.
There are your inactive lists for tonight’s big game, folks. We’ll have the Open Thread for the first quarter of play up and running for you at approximately 6:15 PM Central time.
