Here is your Wednesday injury report for the Denver Broncos and the Houston Texans.

The Denver Broncos and Houston Texans released their first injury report of the week ahead of their game this upcoming Sunday. For the Broncos, it is quite the lengthy injury report that does include some good news. All-Pro linebacker Von MIller was a limited participant after sitting out Sunday’s game vs. the Chargers.

Miller sat out last Sunday’s game due to a knee injury but appears on track to play this weekend against the Texans. Head Coach Vic Fangio told reporters after today’s practice that Miller was “improved” and that he will practice on a limited basis today.

In other good news, tackle Ja’Wuan James is expected to play this upcoming Sunday against the Texans for the first time in awhile. Head Coach Vic Fangio was asked what he expects to see from James and he told reporters that James isn’t expected to play all the snaps.

“I expect that he should be ready to go. How we play him, if we play him, remains to be seen. One of the things is that [G/T] Elijah [Wilkinson] has been playing pretty darn good too. He’s not ready to play an entire game anyways, so we’ll figure that out if he’s able to play.”

Getting James back on the field in some sort of fashion is good news for the Broncos. They paid him for a reason and expected him to start at right tackle and improve their line for this upcoming season. However, up until now, James has only played a handful of snaps for the Broncos in what has been a disappointing first-year for him and the Broncos.
