On conference call this evening NFLPA officials updated membership on offseason status. Minicamps are almost a lock to not happen. A scenario discussed w league: free agent signings and rookies would be able to go to facilities to finally get physicals late June but nothing more.

- 2019-20 season: July 31
- Free agency: Oct. 18
- 2020-21 targets: Nov. 10 training camp, Dec. 1 opening night (can remain fluid)
Keep in mind, this is just the format agreement. Still to come are Phase 3 (training camp) and Phase 4 (games/hubs/protocol) which still have to be negotiated. Only preliminary talks so far on those fronts.
