Last week Brian Flores announced Tua Tagovailoa was clear to practice after suffering a hip injury last year. Preston Williams is the latest Dolphins to be cleared to practice as the wide receiver has been rehabbing from an ACL injury he suffered in November last season. Williams was off to a promising start after signing as an undrafted free agent and hopefully he will build off that success in year 2.
