NFL Week 8 game picks: Is this the week the Patriots end their losing streak?

October has been a disappointing month for the New England Patriots so far. Not only did the team have to deal with a Coronavirus outbreak in its ranks that had implications on the practice and game schedule, it also lost all three of its games this month to fall from 2-1 to 2-4 on the season. Needless to say that is about time for another victory.

That victory couldn’t come at a better time: the Patriots will travel to Buffalo to take on the Bills on Sunday. Before that game takes place, however, Week 8 will get kicked off with another game tonight: the 1-6 Atlanta Falcons will visit the 3-4 Carolina Panthers. Looks like another instant classic right there.

Regardless of today’s game, we here at Pats Pulpit still continue to aim for our ambitious goal of correctly trying pick each of those games regardless of when they are played.
