Another roster move by the Chicago Bears...
On Saturday night the Chicago Bears placed safety Deon Bush on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, which means he has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans.
According to the NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, Bush is going on the list due to a close contact away from the team and not because of a positive test. He is already in Nashville but will quarantine away from the team.
Bush has been a member of the special teams this year and he’s also been called on to play in some defensive sub-packages. In six games this season he has 4 total tackles and an interception.
The Bears could elect to promote a player from the practice squad to replace him with the deadline for that move being 90 minutes before kickoff.
Bush is the third player to go on the Reserve/COVID-19 list this week for the Bears.
If the Bears make any other moves we’ll have that news right here at Windy City Gridiron.
