Browns fans’ optimistic as confidence rises back to 85% heading into Week 10

Despite being off last week, Browns fans are optimistic with the news of Nick Chubb and Wyatt Teller returning from injury.

The tenth week of SB Nation Reacts voting is in, heading into Week 10 of the NFL season. If you haven’t signed up to vote each week, you can do so here.

The week-to-week confidence meter among Browns fans increased 11 percentage points, rising from 74% to 85% after the bye week. The obvious reasoning behind that is that fans are thrilled to see the returns of Nick Chubb and Wyatt Teller from injury.

Cleveland’s opponent this week, the Houston Texans, has their confidence sitting at just 20%, even after a victory last week.

There were four national polls, asking about midseason “of the year” awards. The early favorite for MVP is Patrick Mahomes, who holds a slight edge over Russell Wilson. For the Defensive MVP of the year race, Aaron Donald and T.J. Watt are both out-shining Myles Garrett in the voting.

Vikings RB Dalvin Cook is the leader for Offensive Player of the Year, although you can’t help but wonder if Nick Chubb would be up there instead had it not been for his injury. Last, Dolphins head coach Brian Flores is the favorite for Coach of the Year for the work he is doing with the Miami Dolphins — unfortunately, Kevin Stefanski was not a candidate in the poll.
