Man, I feel like I just went through an offseason. The San Francico 49ers get going Monday in a Monday Night Football matchup that should be a fun game.
All I want is two wins. If the 49ers can start 6-0 (very believable), then we can finally start talking about playoffs with this team. It would take a near-epic collapse for them to not at least finish 10-6 with the way the NFL is shaping out. Washington? Arizona? The 49ers have some games that they can win.
But that depends on how they do against the Browns and Los Angeles Rams. I think both games are winnable, but the Browns one for sure will tell us what we have with this 2019 team. I think the 49ers will get some turnovers, as will the Browns, but at the end of the night, I think it will be a close, but cold-blooded finish for Jimmy Garoppolo. The dude just doesn’t like losing.
