Dalvin Cook is a full go
Heading into Sunday’s NFC North rematch at Lambeau Field, the Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers have released their final injury reports. Let’s take a look at what both sides have put out there, starting with the visiting side.
This doesn’t include cornerback Mike Hughes, who the team placed on injured reserve on Friday afternoon.
The good news is that Dalvin Cook has returned to practicing in full and was not given an injury designation, so he should be ready for Sunday. The bad news is that with Hill out, Hughes on IR, and Cameron Dantzler on the COVID-19 list the Vikings are looking awfully darn thin at the cornerback position. But that’s been the case for most of the year thus far, hasn’t it?
Now, on to the home team.
Aaron Jones being out might help the beleaguered Vikings’ defense a little bit, but most of Green Bay’s damage on Sunday will likely be through the air. David Bakhtiari being out could potentially be an advantage for the Vikings, too, but I’d be pretty surprised if he wasn’t out there for this one. Other than that, a lot of Green Bay’s questionable players don’t appear to be terribly impactful ones.
Those are your final injury reports for the Vikings and the Packers heading into Sunday afternoon. We’ll have more on this one for you as we get closer to kickoff.
